Charitablewager.com will host the Charitable Wager:2016 Breeders’ Cup Contest sponsored by DANONYMOUS RACING on November 4th and 5th.

With the 2016 Breeders’ Cup contest, Charitable Wager introduces a new contest option: ‘The Fashionably Late Contest’ submission. The charity handicapping contest will receive contestants’ selections by web form submission which will be time stamped. Nothing special will have to be done for the ‘Fashionably Late’ option. Contestants who were unable to submit the contest selections before the first leg may still enter while the event is in progress. For example, one can join in the contest Saturday morning.

The proviso is that the contestant will receive a score of $0 in every race conducted prior to the contest submission. For example, entries made Saturday morning will have a contest score of $0 from Friday’s races. The one caveat is that all “Fashionably Late” contest entries must pledge the same minimum donation to winning charity.

If history of large parimutuel payouts in Breeders’ Cup events repeats itself, you could possibly win if you missed the first dozen contest races. ARCANGUES paid $269.20 $54.40 $18.20. So don’t late a little delay, keep you from supporting your favourite charity.

All participants will voluntarily put up a minimum of $20 to compete in a mythical bankroll handicapping contest on all thirteen Breeders’ Cup championship races where the winner gets to decide what charity receives all of the donation pool. No monies will trade hands between the contest organizers or any contestants. Donations will be made on the honor system within the following week. Contestants agree to100% of donation pool will go to the designated charity. While the minimum donation is $20, please feel free to donate more if you desire.

Contestants in the Danonymous Racing contest will choose from the following stable of charities for which to play:

  • BBC: Breeders’ Cup Charities
  • BCCA: Belmont Child Care Association
